As the big day approaches, with the media hoopla at a fever pitch and my resources and energy at an all-time low, i have to sit back and wonder... "what would Kobayashi do?"
And then i answer myself, "Self: How dare you even ask. Takeru Kobayashi, six time world hot dog eating champion, would eat."
If an arthritic jaw doesn't stop him from having a go at Coney Island, nothing can stop me. I'm taking my $4 in tips on the road...a hot dog costume, a mid-size sedan and the dream of receiving a thumbs up from the man himself, my hero: Kobayashi.
