Shots please?

This is my new "puppy" Nola. I am not sure what she went through before she made it to my home. It looks like she got injured and I need to take her to the vet for a check up and vaccinations. As we all know vets cost money, and thats something I do not have a lot of, so since we are tipping with free $ please help this pretty girl get to the vet!
