There is a place inside of each of us that is not fit for man nor beast a place that we all spend our whole lives avoiding I call this it the city of doom This is how I describe it along with a couple of suggestions on how to stay away from there I hope you enjoy this poem and that it will help you to understand my perception of a sorrow filled lonely place deep inside everyone along with this comes a prayer that none of you ever have to experience living there you can read my poem on poetry.com under artist name Lana Irwin
