Musical Chairs in the diverse NYC

Not sure what was going on here... but my guess is that three Al Qaeda-eans left their suspicious packages (that's what's written on all the bags) after they were told by a white, a Jew, and a color person that they were not allowed to join in for musical chairs. As you can see, the white, Jew, and colored person is no longer in the picture. I wonder what were in the suspicious packages?
