These twenty MP3s are music from between 1901 and 1920. They are in the public domain, and so even though I didn't make 'em, I can distribute 'em.
I'm not sure about their origin; I've just collected this sort of thing whenever I bump into it on teh interwebs.
So, raise your hand (and tip this mooch!) if you think it's a little silly for our copyright laws to be set up to "promote" new art from people who have been dead for 70 years? Viva la Public Domain! :)
