I Need a scrapbooking get-away to relieve some stress!

Scrapbooking is my most passionate hobby. It gets my mind off all the stressors I have going on in my life, it enables me to fellowship with some of my best friends in the world, all the while producing an album of memories that can last a lifetime and be passed down to generations. There is a Ladies Weekend Scrapbooking Retreat http://simplyscrappinretreats.blogspot.com/ coming up soon that I would love to be able to attend, but I just can't afford to take the money from our household budget to go. It takes all we have to pay bills and feed our family, and we still are lacking every month. It has been quite some time since I've been able to take a break and get away from it all while doing something I dearly enjoy doing.
I would appreciate your tips to enable me to take a break from it all and do something for myself for a change.
