A Splash of Color

Wow, this is really cool. Everytime I tell someone to look at this, I end up coming back to look some more. It's so fascinating to just stare at.. It's really enjoyable to stare at for a long time. But one thing has me confused.. Shutter 1/40?
How do you get such a clear picture with such a low shutter speed? Come to think of it, everybody seems to be able to do that but me. That water must've been splashing awfully sowly to get such a clear shot of the splash. Whatever the case, I'm impressed. Definitely a favourite.
